Dr. Mallol is a native of Santo Domingo, where he performed the General Surgery Residency at the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces , previously trained as a Physician in Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in that city. Dr. Emmanuel Mallol has participated in several symposia , conferences and courses; and has also published several scientific papers in major books and foreign magazines. His participation in the media becomes latent through numerous articles and interviews on television and radio in order to educate people on the various aspects that surrounds this exciting specialty.
He is the first dominican to graduate from the renowned Plastic Surgery Service “Dr. Bolivar de Souza Pinto Ewaldo” supported by the Universidad Santa Cecilia ( UNISANTA ) in São Paulo , Brazil, which has more than 25 years of experience training world-class plastic surgeons and making great contributions in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery type . Subsequently , Dr. Mallol developed a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery for Ex-obeses or Bariatric Plastic Surgery in several universities of São Paulo – Brazil and the University of Irvine – California, in the United States.
